This is a one-of-a-kind online-only program that offers a $25 Custom Unlimited Plan for Smartphones (PPID: 49860), discounted device purchases, no activation or upgrade fees, and simplified billing with auto pay to your personal credit card of any active Citi employee that would like to sign up for this service under Citi’s liability. Any Citi employee that chooses to establish new service, or migrate their existing personal line of service under Citi’s liability to access corporate email, calendar, contacts and other corporate information and applications while also using the Smartphone device for personal use. Yes. To transfer your line of service follow all steps on the required form. This is so you can move your current Verizon line of service and number into the program. Note: If you are currently enrolled in any Verizon Device Payment Program (DPP) your device must be paid in full prior to submitting the form and/or if you would like want to discuss plan options with Customer Service for any lines that will remain on your personal account, please call Customer Service at 800-922-0204.

Yes. This is referred to as a new line of service, Phone Number Port-in request. To port-in your number, visit the Online Store. The site will list all eligible devices, plans and features. Porting out to another carrier is prohibited by Citi. If you wish to Port Out you will need to first transfer service into your personal name.

Yes. To place a Device Trade-in request visit https://www.verizonwireless.com/od/trade-in/#/Please do not sign into My Business. To submit your request, follow the steps, do not sign in, and select “Get Paid Now”. This will ensure your trade-in request can be successfully submitted and processed.

This program offers discounted equipment for new service & eligible upgrade orders selecting 2-yr contract term. Upgrade eligibility occurs 24 months from the device’s purchase date. When placing your order, the final check out screen will display the final one-time purchase cost. Device Payment program is not supported. To view the devices available visit the Online Store

To place an Equipment Upgrade: visit the Online Store or log into My Business. The site will list all eligible devices, plans and features. As stated in the online portal, device purchases require a 2-year contact and upgrade eligibility occurs 24 months from the device’s purchase date. Device payment plans are not supported. Consumer promotions also do not apply. Upgrade fees are waived. Note: Some offers may not appear during the purchase process until you review your final cart prior to check out.

Maybe. Only certain device models purchased by another carrier by be used for Verizon service. To check device eligibility, during the ordering process in the Online Store, select I already have a device so you may enter the device information to verify eligibility. If your device is compatible to work on the Verizon network, the site will allow you to continue with placing the order.

If your device does not meet Citi’s certification, you may still use the smartphone device for Verizon service, but you will not be able to access corporate email. Only devices approved by Citi are allowed access to corporate email.

Yes. Verizon Wireless will charge an early termination fee (“ETF”) for lines terminated or ported-out to another service provider prior to the expiration of the contract. A line term is based on when the line purchased discounted equipment at the time of establishing new service and/or placing an eligible upgrade order. The ETF amount due is based on the length of time left on the service contract. The full ETF amount is $650.00, minus $15.00 for each full month of the Line Term completed. For details of the 2- year contract terms and/or any requirements of the Equipment offers, plans or features, please ensure you review the terms & conditions in the online order prior to submitting your online order. Porting out is prohibited by Citi. If you wish to Port Out you will need to first transfer service into your personal name.

To make account changes: Log into My Business. The site enables you to make account changes such as plan changes, feature changes, billing changes, and more. This is your only option for making/requesting account changes.

Yes, you can add additional lines to your account. To do so, refer to how do I add an additional line to my BYOD account.

Only transferring service into a Verizon Wireless personal account is approved by Citi. This is referred to as a transfer of service change.

Option 1. Log into your MyBusiness account. Click on Manage (top of page) > Account> Move Wireless Number  then  search by your account number to insure you capture all lines on the account. Complete the required fields. An email will be sent to email entered to complete the transfer

Option 2. Call Customer Service at 1-800-922-0204 to complete the change of billing responsibility over the phone. Please advise the agent Citi has a blanket approval on file to allow you to transfer your service into your personal name over the phone. This is however, subject to release of the line by Citi’s blanket approval which may change at any time without notice. Note: The existing account must be current. You will be subject to a credit check and approval for the new account. You will be responsible for final payment of the closed account. If you wish to Port Out to another carrier, you must first complete the above transfer of service into your personal name with Verizon. After that point, you may Port Out.

The program offers a $25 Custom Unlimited Plan for Smartphones (PPID: 49860), to meet your personal & business needs. Due to the different options, terms, and confidentiality, you must access via the Online Store

To setup or modify your auto billing, call 1-866-868-3882 or visit the AutoPay set up instructions   Use of a corporate credit card is prohibited. Failure to adhere to this may result in line suspension and can lead up to terminate of service. You can always check your account balance by calling #BAL.

Yes. The Citi employee is responsible for payment of the wireless bill through auto pay to a personal credit card. Failure to pay the wireless bill on time will result in disruption of service. To setup or modify your auto billing, call 1-866-868-3882 or visit the AutoPay set up instructions  Use of a Citi corporate credit card is prohibited. 

Log into My Business, Click “View Invoices” under Invoices, enter mobile number in the “Account Number” field and “Search“. Then select the “View Invoice Image” hyperlink.

No. All Verizon device payment program are not eligible under the Citi Corporate BYOD Program. If you are currently in a device payment program and would like to move your line of service into the program, you will need to pay your device off in full. Upon paying your device off, you can then be able to transfer liability of your line of service.

Beginning on 7/23/2019, devices purchased from Verizon are locked for 60 days from the date of purchase.
